NorCal Refuge is a led by a coalition of community partners in Sacramento and the Bay Area. Healing Grove Health Center is the fiscal agent for the program, which aims to holistically meet the needs of Afghan refugees who recently escaped trauma of the fall of Afghanistan to the Taliban. The coalition is being led by the Barnabas Group Sacramento, as well as other organizations in Sacramento and the Bay Area.
